FRQ 2)How many cubic meters would an order like this when packaged occupy in a container?
-----As for the container :(1) 20 container (20GP) can pack 26 cubic meters. (2)The 40 foot container (40HQ) can hold 54 cubic meters .So how about your idea ? Besides , Do you want to quote CIF or FOB or EXW factory price ? Please kindly let me know .
RFQ 3)Can you re-do estimate with 1.5mm thickness aluminum instead of 1.4mm thickness aluminum?
-------As for this , our standard aluminum material thickness is 1.4 mm. we didn't have 1.5mm thickness .But we have 1.6mm thickness thermal break aluminum material . And this material is more expensive than 1.4mm thickness material . We suggest use 1.4mm thickness . And how about your idea ?

RFQ 5)Therefore, the frame and door must fit inside of these measurements above. Given this information, what would be the width and height of each aluminum door by itself?
------Actually, we fabricate the door according to your door dimension .you should measure your door hole , and than give the actually door size . So that we can more clear for your points . And fabricate to according to this door size .
RFQ 6)Can you describe the installation process? What hardware is necessary to install?

RFQ 7)IF yes, where will you put the fly-screen panel? Can we have roll up screen or maybe fly screen panel opening inside while glass shutter opening outside?
--------As for the casement window , if you want to let the screen net opening , then we suggest that choice the rolling up screen net ( mosquito net ) .Here also attached some photos about the rolling up screen net for your reference . Please kindly check it .
RFQ 8)Concerning the production time , we would like to ensure that production is complete on or before the 35 days promised . To that end , we have added a clause to the Proforma Invoice you have sent . Please see attached . Can you please sing and place your company stamp if you are in agreement and return our copy via e-mail .
--------Yes .We agree with your clause . But here i should let you know the production time . 35 production days points after we received your deposit and then start fabrication . I will also arrange the PI and send for your final confirmation
RFQ 9)We can do 20% deposit now and balance before windows and shipped . Please strongly reconsider your position . We can wire transfer deposit first thing tomorrow morning .
